Ashley Martello, RN
Ashley Martello is the founder and owner of AM Injection Studio and a Registered Nurse with a deep passion for patient care. She spent several years working on a post-surgical hospital unit, where she developed a strong foundation in safety, precision, and compassionate bedside care—experience that continues to guide every treatment she provides today.
Now fully dedicated to aesthetics and wellness, Ashley brings that same level of attention to detail and personalized care to each of her clients. She loves helping people feel more confident in their own skin—whether by enhancing natural features, addressing areas of concern, or supporting a graceful, well-balanced approach to aging.
Ashley is especially passionate about the wellness side of her practice, with a focus on helping clients feel their very best from the inside out. By staying current with the latest research in longevity and metabolic health, she is able to thoughtfully introduce innovative, evidence-based treatments to her clients. She is currently pursuing her graduate degree to become a Nurse Practitioner, continuing to expand her clinical expertise and elevate the level of care she offers.
When she’s not working or studying, Ashley enjoys spending time with her husband and twin boys, often cheering from the baseball field. A proud Washington native, she treasures the Pacific Northwest lifestyle—especially the long summer days and time on the lake!
Jordan Dorsey, NP
Jordan Dorsey serves as the Medical Director for AM Injection Studio, providing expert clinical oversight to ensure every treatment—from Botox and fillers to wellness therapies and medical weight loss—is safe, effective, and tailored to each client’s needs. Jordan performs initial tele-consultations, reviews treatment protocols, and brings a wealth of experience across aesthetics, endocrinology, hormone health, behavioral medicine, and integrated wellness. His comprehensive approach and sense of humor helps support natural beauty, optimal health, and lasting results, giving every client the confidence and care they deserve.
AM Injection Studio Policies
Medical Clearance & Consent Requirement
In accordance with Washington State law, all new clients—and established clients requesting a new type of treatment—must receive pre-treatment clearance from our medical director prior to receiving services. All clients are also required to complete and sign treatment consent forms before treatment. Medical clearance and consent documentation must be renewed annually.
Appointment Cancellation
Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice without penalty. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a $50 cancellation fee, unless the appointment is rescheduled at the time of cancellation by messaging us. Unpaid cancellation fees must be settled prior to your next appointment and may be required as a deposit to secure future bookings.
