Program Eligibility & Getting Started
Guidelines to support safe, personalized care
To ensure safety and effectiveness of your treatment, all patients are carefully evaluated before beginning medical weight loss support.
Candidates must have a BMI greater than 30, or a BMI of 27 or higher with at least one related health condition, such as hypertension or dyslipidemia.
Patients who are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have a personal or family history of medullary thyroid cancer or MEN2 are not eligible for treatment.
To start your journey, you will complete some online paperwork including your medical history, a questionnaire about your goals and additional health history questions, and medically supported weight management treatment consents.
Our process includes a virtual exam with Medical Director, Jordan Dorsey, followed by an in-office visit with me to review your goals, answer questions, and create a safe, personalized plan that fits your needs.
